Recruiting talent to enhance U.S.-Japan teamwork and global business at the only job fair for Japanese-English bilinguals on the U.S. West Coast
Aderans to participate in the Los Angeles Career Forum 2025 as an exhibitor

Aderans Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Japan; Representative Director and President: Hiromasa Suzuki), promoting the wellness business of hair, beauty, health, and medical care on a global scale, is participating in the Los Angeles Career Forum 2025 as an exhibitor for the second consecutive year, together with its Group companies in the United States. This major job fair for Japanese-English bilinguals will take place in Los Angeles, California, on April 19 and 20.

The Los Angeles Career Forum is the only job fair for Japanese-English bilinguals on the West Coast. Last year, the event attracted 42 companies from all types of industries as exhibitors and 661 visitors seeking career opportunities.　

The Aderans Group actively promotes enabling work environments where employees with diverse values and ideas can perform their best, fully leveraging their unique strengths and abilities, regardless of their backgrounds such as nationality and gender. Last year, aiming to further enhance our global business in the United States, we participated in the event for the first time to recruit talented people, who would work at the U.S. Group companies to help bring the two countries closer, and to further increase our visibility in the country. The event was extremely successful, attracting many visitors throughout the event and providing information sessions to introduce the company. We have also received numerous inquiries, reflecting the participants' strong interest.　

This year, in response to requests from many people, we are also offering career opportunities in other locations including the head office in Japan, in addition to the four U.S. Group companies, to find future members to work with us on global projects. At the booth, we will display products of the U.S. sales companies and provide details of our Group, including general information, current job openings, and our activities for corporate social responsibility (CSR).

The Aderans Group has 6,466 employees(*1) working in 17 countries and regions(*2) across the globe. We provide a wide range of high-quality products and services, including our core domestic brands such as Aderans (custom-made wigs) and Fontaine (ready-made wigs), as well as hair transplantation services by Bosley and hair systems for men and women by HairClub in North America. We actively promote our business on a global scale to offer total hair solutions to customers across the world, with the overseas business currently accounting for over half of our consolidated sales(*3).
