CSR seminars at universities

CSR Lecture at The University of Leicester as the first Japanese enterprise

We gave special lectures for the University's MBA students as the first Japanese company in three consecutive years, from 2016 to 2018. In the first lecture, we introduced the Aderans Group's strategic CSR activities under the theme "Strategic CSR integrated with core business based on Sanpo-Yoshi." Our activities were well-received as unique initiatives that would increase employees' motivation for CSR while maintaining their nature as business activities. The lecture was extremely successful, with active participation and questions by students from across the world. After the similar special lecture offered in 2017, the program was incorporated as part of a regular class in 2018 to reflect its popularity.
